2. Yes just as you can with your face, over exfoliating your body and cause issues such as:

-dry peeling skin

-increased sensitivity

3. The same way ingredients matter with facial care, it matters with your body also. Brands are know feeling that space with body products with the same ingredients used to help with facial skin.

4. There isn't any major prep work you need to do before having a body service. Just give all information on diet, medications, lifestyle on your intake forms and come as your are!
